Procedures that you can avail Include:

COOLING

  • Cleaning and replacement of air filters
  • Inspection of cooling coil
  • Primary and secondary drains inspection
  • Condensation drain cleaning and testing
  • Inspection of blower components
  • Inspection and cleaning of condenser coil
  • Application of lubricant to all moving parts or components
  • Inspection of all loose electrical connections
  • Monitoring of operating pressure and proper refrigerant charge diagnostics.

HEATING

  • Voltage and amperage monitoring on all motors present
  • Monitoring of air condition and heater if they are working well or not
  • Adjustment of gas pressure
  • Pilot operator inspection
  • Monitoring flue draft for operating safely
  • Safety controls checking and testing
  • Adjustment of air flow to ensure enough temperature
  • Checking of heat anticipator settings
  • Thermostat inspection
  • Visual parts of heat exchanger inspection for damages or cracks
